For those paying for visits out of pocket, we offer competitive cash rates. We can provide the necessary documentation, such as a super bill, for reimbursement from your insurance company. These rates do not reflect your insurance contractual bill rate.
While we do not have contracts with the following insurance providers, we provide all necessary documentation for you to submit claims and seek reimbursement for your care.
You can see a Physical Therapist in Nevada without obtaining a physician’s referral. However, it’s important to note that even though we can see you without a prescription or referral, your insurance network may still require a referral to cover the costs of your visits.
